What if the same issue happens again after the repair?


We offer lifetime warranty on all our repairs. As long as the device hasn’t been repaired by someone else, has no water damage or was not caused by a hard drop, it will be covered under the warranty.

What is the turnaround time?


In most cases 1 to 3 days. If we will need more time, we will contact you with the updated timeline. Data Recovery can take 1 to 2 weeks.

I forgot my passcode can you still recover pictures from my iPhone?


Unfortunately in most cases, we can not access the data on your phone without the pincode. It is because Apple has encryption on their devices. Some devices can be pin code bypassed, but it’s an additional fee & a bit pricey.
